Returns & Refund Policy

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Receipt is considered when you or an authorized person accepts the package.

Please report your return in advance via email: info@re-scaled.com

Please be sure to provide the reason for the return, the purchase date, your name, and the item number/description.

The cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is delivered defective, we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Please wait for our instructions for returning. Please be aware of possible customs regulations / costs for returning from outside the European Union. Please inform yourself about your local customs and shipping regulations. 

If an item is noticeably worn, damaged, or washed, there is no entitlement to a refund/exchange.

The products amount will always be refunded to the same payment method you used to place the order.
